A telephone network was built for UKREXIMBANK.<\/p>\n

Task: <\/strong> Implementing IP telephony to communicate with the main bank and other branches, integrating existing Ukrtelecom city numbers into IP PBXs.<\/p>\n

At the entrance: <\/strong> 4 city telephone network numbers assigned to different departments of the branch.<\/p>\n

Solution: <\/strong><\/h3>\n

– implementation of a new internal numbering plan;<\/p>\n

– distribution of urban incoming calls by department;<\/p>\n

– connection with the head office’s PBX via a VoIP gateway;<\/p>\n

– configured to route outgoing calls to branches in other cities and the head bank;<\/p>\n

– the ability to use IVR, waiting queues;<\/p>\n

– monitoring the quality of customer service over the phone;<\/p>\n
